Change MappingChange Mapping is an integrated program that supports strategy implementation and change management through visual, collaborative planning and performance tracking. It can be combined with a Storymap or any of our Leadership Training or Leadership Coaching services to build a complete change management program. This service is perfect for an organization or business unit that has completed a visioning or strategic planning process and needs support in executing the strategy. It can fit well with existing plans, performance measurement systems, and business processes. Some of the wall-size graphic templates we use in this process are developed and copyrighted by The Grove.

Change Mapping typically involves a series of facilitated meetings conducted at regular intervals over a period from 3 months to a year or more. We start by defining the goals, teams, and processes that will be most effective for your company and situation. We then involve the organization in creating action plans for implementation & communication, and tracking progress against these plans. We consistently monitor and review the program for effectiveness in meeting your strategic goals. We work with management teams throughout the organization to build out Gameplans and Roadmaps to define resources, objectives, stages, tasks, and critical success factors. The entire organization becomes engaged in making the strategy into a reality through creative, collaborative planning. We hold meetings at regular intervals to support accountability and open communication. We ensure that teams stay on track and communicate with each other through this integrated planning process. The integrated nature of this program means that changes in the plans of one part of the organization can affect plans everywhere else. We use visual Balanced Scorecards to translate the strategy into parameters that can be regularly measured. This gives your organization a "dashboard" of performance measures that can be used to track progress toward meeting strategic goals. Action plans are then put in place that help meet the targets you define for your performance measures. As raving fans of systems theory, we have developed expertise in how
